Website use

This website is provided by Southern Electrical Solutions for product information, customer support, and educational resources related to RVParkCalc. You may use the website for lawful personal or internal business evaluation. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, degrade its operation, misrepresent RVParkCalc, or reuse protected content without permission.

Informational material only

Website articles, screenshots, sample reports, descriptions, and other materials are informational only. They are not professional engineering, legal, utility, manufacturer, AHJ, or code advice and do not create an engineer-client, attorney-client, or other professional relationship.

RV-park electrical work involves life-safety, equipment, utility, field-condition, and jurisdiction-specific requirements. All project decisions must be independently reviewed and approved by the appropriate qualified professionals, utility, equipment manufacturer, and authority having jurisdiction as applicable.

Software purchase and license

Purchases are processed through Gumroad. The price and package shown on the website are intended to match the current Gumroad offer, but the checkout page controls the final transaction details. Use of the software requires a valid license and acceptance of the RVParkCalc End User License Notice.

A one-time purchase provides a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software for one term of 365 consecutive days beginning at the original Gumroad purchase timestamp. The purchase does not automatically renew. Reinstallation, deactivation, moving to another device, deleting local data, or delaying activation does not pause, extend, or restart the term. Each purchase supports up to three device activations unless the purchased quantity grants more; deactivation does not restore a Gumroad activation use.

Transaction and refund terms

Gumroad checkout controls the final price, payment, delivery, and transaction terms presented at purchase. Any refund policy shown on the product page or checkout is subject to applicable law. Contact support for download, installation, or activation assistance.

No professional reliance

RVParkCalc is an informational calculation and documentation aid. It does not replace professional judgment and does not create sealed, permit-ready, procurement-ready, or construction-ready documents. Project inputs, assumptions, calculations, conductor and overcurrent selections, voltage-drop results, schedules, diagrams, grounding and bonding, utility requirements, equipment ratings, local amendments, and field conditions must be independently reviewed before use.

No warranty

The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, code compliance, title, non-infringement, or error-free operation, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Software warranty terms are governed by the End User License Notice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Southern Electrical Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or reliance on its content. Software liability terms are governed by the End User License Notice.

Intellectual property

RVParkCalc, the software, website design, screenshots, documentation, sample reports, written content, and associated materials are owned by Southern Electrical Solutions or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited website use stated here and the separate software license granted by the End User License Notice.

NFPA, NEC, and National Electrical Code are registered trademarks of the National Fire Protection Association. RVParkCalc is not affiliated with or endorsed by NFPA.

External services and links

The website links to Gumroad and may link to other third-party services. Southern Electrical Solutions does not control their availability, security, terms, content, or privacy practices.

Changes and applicable law

These terms may be updated by posting a revised version and effective date. Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable rights or obligations under applicable law.
