Stop rebuilding the same RV-park calculation package in disconnected files.

RV-park projects rarely stop at one demand total. Site equipment, physical pedestal routes, feeder distances, transformer-secondary topology, voltage drop, park equipment, phase loading, schedules, and one-lines have to stay coordinated as the design changes.

RVParkCalc keeps those inputs and outputs in one local Windows project so revisions move through the calculation package instead of being re-entered across separate spreadsheets and drawings.

See one project move from inputs to coordinated outputs.

Current v1.0.0 application screens show the seven-step workflow, physical RV-site topology, distribution modes, results, and tagged one-lines.

Set the project basis Record project metadata, select the RV-site basis, and choose the distribution mode. Build every physical route Enter direct-fed pedestals, continuing radial runs, Park Equipment, and other loads. Review the hierarchy Check calculation status, applied notes, sizing, schedules, downstream results, and tagged one-lines.

Use the model that matches the park.

Start with one distribution panel, organize a low-voltage MDP and multiple panels, or carry a 480/277V MDP through park transformers.

Build a complete panel-to-site calculation.

Enter the service, panel, direct-fed pedestals or continuing radial runs, dedicated equipment, other loads, distances, wiring methods, and conductor assumptions.

  • 120/240V single-phase or 208Y/120V three-phase systems
  • Single- and dual-sided physical pedestals
  • Service summary, schedules, one-line, and PDF report

The calculation stays connected to the deliverable.

The app keeps source data, physical routes, downstream branches, calculations, schedules, and diagrams tied to the selected project mode.

  1. 01
    Define the project

Record project metadata, select the RV-site calculation basis, and set the distribution mode.

  2. 02
    Build the distribution

Add the service, MDP, panels, and transformers that establish the equipment hierarchy.

  3. 03
    Model RV-site routes

Enter direct-fed pedestals or ordered continuing radial segments from the serving panel outward.

  4. 04
    Add Park Equipment

Enter each dedicated physical branch with its load basis, source, phase, conductors, and OCPD review.

  5. 05
    Add Other Loads

Bring already-calculated VA into the serving equipment and phase that carries the branch.

  6. 06
    Calculate and review

Start with calculation status and applied notes, then inspect protective features, demand, sizing, grounding, phase loading, feeders, sites, and schedules.

  7. 07
    Reconcile and export

Review the tagged one-line, retain the .rvp project, and export the coordinated PDF report.

Inspect a simple single-panel report before you buy.

The v1.0.0 sample PDF shows one direct-fed RV site on a single panel, a clear calculation status with no automated action items, coordinated schedules, a tagged one-line, and the report assumptions.

Built for professionals who have to make RV-park power data usable.

EC

Electrical contractors

Develop and revise RV-park calculation packages without rebuilding separate schedules and one-lines by hand.

ED

Electrical designers and engineers

Organize the calculation basis, distribution hierarchy, phase loading, feeders, and report information in one project.

RP

RV-park project teams

Document proposed or existing distribution for review with qualified electrical professionals, utilities, and project stakeholders.

Important: RVParkCalc is a preliminary planning and calculation aid. It does not replace engineering judgment or produce sealed, permit-ready, or construction-ready documents. All inputs, assumptions, equipment selections, code application, and outputs require independent project-specific review.

Review licensing, activation, and system requirements

Clear requirements. No surprises after checkout.

Platform
Windows 10 or Windows 11, 64-bit. macOS is not supported.
Internet
Required for first activation and periodic Gumroad license validation, normally every 30 days. Project data stays on the computer.
License
365 days from the original purchase timestamp. Up to three device activation uses unless the purchased quantity grants more; deactivation does not restore a use.
Windows notice
The current release is unsigned, so Microsoft Defender SmartScreen may show an unrecognized-app or reputation warning.
Refund policy
Digital software sales are final except where applicable law requires otherwise.

What does RVParkCalc v1.0.0 cover?

Version 1.0.0 provides single-panel, multi-panel, and large MDP/transformer workflows; physical direct-fed and continuing-radial pedestal topology; Park Equipment and Other Loads; 120/240V and 208Y/120V systems; transformer-primary phase balancing; integral or remote first-secondary-main topology; Chapter 9 raceway voltage-drop modeling; coordinated 3% terminal and 5% complete-path planning; schedules; one-lines; saved projects; and PDF reports.

Does the software replace an electrical engineer?

No. RVParkCalc is a preliminary planning and calculation aid. It does not exercise engineering judgment or create sealed construction documents. Final inputs, assumptions, equipment selections, code application, and outputs must be independently reviewed for the specific project and jurisdiction.

Can projects be worked on without an internet connection?

Project calculations and files are local desktop operations. Internet access is required for first activation and periodic license validation, normally every 30 days.

What is the difference between Setup and Portable?

Setup installs RVParkCalc for normal Windows use. Portable runs directly from its folder without a conventional installation. Both contain the same v1.0.0 application and use the same license.

When does the 365-day term begin?

The term begins at the original Gumroad purchase timestamp. Delayed activation, reinstalling, deactivating, or changing devices does not restart or extend it.

What code editions can I select?

The app provides 2023 and 2026 RV-site calculation bases. Confirm the edition adopted for the project, current official text, errata, TIAs, local amendments, utility requirements, and AHJ direction before relying on any result.

Understand the workflow before choosing the tool.

Put the calculation, schedules, and one-lines in the same workflow.
