Website operation

The RVParkCalc website is operated by Southern Electrical Solutions. The current website does not provide a customer-account system, contact form, or advertising network. Standard web-server logs may record technical request information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, date, time, and error status for security, reliability, and troubleshooting.

Gumroad checkout and delivery

Purchase links send visitors to Gumroad. Gumroad independently processes payment, customer identity, receipt, license key, download, tax, fraud-prevention, and related transaction information under Gumroad's own terms and privacy practices. RVParkCalc does not receive or store credit-card numbers through this website.

Support email

If you email support, Southern Electrical Solutions receives the email address, message, attachments, and any purchase or technical information you choose to provide. That information may be used to answer the request, verify a purchase, troubleshoot an issue, prevent abuse, and maintain business records.

Do not send a full license key in a public post or public screenshot. Send purchase information only through the published support email when it is needed.

Application activation and validation

RVParkCalc customer builds send the entered license key and product-identifying information to Gumroad over HTTPS for activation and periodic validation. Gumroad may return purchase and license information needed to confirm eligibility, including the original purchase timestamp, purchase status, purchaser email, quantity, and activation-use count.

The application stores an encrypted local activation record using operating-system-protected storage. That record can include a protected license key record, a one-way device identifier, purchase and validation timestamps, term dates, purchaser information returned by Gumroad, activation status, and acceptance of the license notice. Removing or altering that local record does not reset the Gumroad activation count or begin a new term.

Project data

RVParkCalc .rvp project files and generated reports are stored in locations selected by the user. Project calculations are local desktop operations. The application does not send project-file contents or exported reports to Gumroad as part of license validation.

Cookies and local storage

The current marketing website does not require first-party cookies for its main functions. Gumroad may use cookies or similar technologies after a visitor follows a purchase link. Those technologies are controlled by Gumroad.

Sharing and retention

Southern Electrical Solutions does not sell customer project content or personal information. Information may be shared with providers used for hosting, email, checkout, licensing, security, accounting, dispute handling, or legal compliance, and may be retained as reasonably necessary for those purposes.

Security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures may be used, but no website, email system, local file, operating-system storage mechanism, or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Customers are responsible for protecting their license keys, Windows accounts, project files, and backups.

Changes

This notice may be updated when the website, application, checkout, licensing, or support practices change. The effective date identifies the current version.
